Welcome to EaseMyNest. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Home Services Pro Membership and Property Management services. By subscribing to or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


2. Definitions


  • Service(s): Refers to the various property management, maintenance, and home services provided by EaseMyNest.
  • Pro Membership:  A premium subscription service providing access to exclusive home services, discounts, and priority booking.
  • Client/Member/You: Refers to any person or entity that uses, subscribes to, or purchases services from EaseMyNest.
  • We/Us/Our: Refers to EaseMyNest, the service provider.


3. Pro Membership


  1. Membership Benefits
    1. As a Pro Member , you will receive the following benefits:
      1. Access to exclusive discounts on select services.
      2. Priority booking and customer support.
      3. Free consultations on property management and maintenance.
      4. Regular maintenance checks and services (as per the membership plan selected).
  3. Membership Fees
    1. Membership fees are charged annually or monthly, as per your selection.
    2. The fee is non-refundable, except in the case of proven service deficiencies on our part (see Section 8 on Refunds).
  5. Membership Term
    1. The membership term will be for the period selected at the time of purchase, either monthly or annually.
    2. Membership will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.


4. Property Management Services


  1. Services Covered
    1. Regular property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, and general repairs.
    2. Tenant management, rent collection, and lease management (where applicable).
    3. Periodic property inspections and status reports.
  3.  Service Exclusions
    1. Property renovation and structural repairs not covered under regular maintenance.
    2. Insurance claims management, unless agreed upon separately.
  5. Property Access
    1. By subscribing to our property management service, you authorize EaseMyNest and its service providers to access your property as needed to perform scheduled and emergency services.

 

5. Service Delivery


    • We strive to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. However, service times may vary based on demand, location, and availability of resources.
    • We reserve the right to reschedule or delay services in the event of unforeseen circumstances.


6. Payments


  1. Payment Methods
    1. Payments can be made through credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods provided on our website.
  3. Late Payments
    1. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of your membership or services.
    2. For property management services, late payment may result in penalties or delays in service delivery.


7. Cancellation and Termination


  1. Cancellation by You
    1. You may cancel your Pro Membership or Property Management service by providing written notice at least 7 days before the end of the current service term.
    2. Cancellation will not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid.
  3. Termination by Us
    1. We reserve the right to terminate your membership or services if you breach these terms and conditions, engage in unlawful activities, or misuse our services.

 

8. Refunds


  • Refunds will only be provided in cases where the services delivered were significantly below agreed-upon standards and all other remedial options have been exhausted.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service or membership start date.


9. Limitation of Liability


  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in dispute.


10. Changes to Terms


  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
  • Continued use of our services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


11. Governing Law
